Michael is a Certified Household Manager, Certified Executive Chef, and Certified Cellar Manager with specialized training in security protection. He brings 36 years of estate management experience: 22 years as a Director of Residences and Estate Manager, plus 14 years as an Enlisted Aide (Household Manager) to 3- and 4-Star Army Generals.
In 2021, Michael and his wife relocated to Bremen, IN, where they purchased and fully renovated one of Marshall County's most prominent historical homes. The 18-month project included installing a Control4 smart home platform, adding air conditioning, and replacing all electrical and plumbing systems.
Michael specializes in creating comprehensive household manuals, developing policies and procedures, designing operational checklists, and implementing task management systems that work seamlessly with your staff. Through hands-on training and practical tools, he ensures households operate with the same professionalism and efficiency as any successful business.
Recently, Michael has taken on on-site consulting positions to establish clients' homes and set standards, delivering turnkey operations to either existing staff or new teams he has helped source and develop—while maintaining a long-term resource for both staff and clients to call on for ongoing support, problem-solving, and guidance.
