Most of our lake clients are not in residence year round. That is why we built a four tier subscription on Lake Wawasee, Lake Maxinkuckee, and the surrounding Indiana lakes. Scheduled, recurring presence from weekly property checks through full household management.

Our approach is proactive. We do not wait for problems to surface. We anticipate the property's needs across the seasons, from opening and closing to off season walk throughs, and we act before issues become urgent. Vendors are managed directly, with documented contracts, clear standards, and an accountable point of contact. When a project calls for it, we serve as the owner's representative on renovations, major repairs, and capital improvements, protecting the principal's interests from bid through completion.
Arrivals are planned. Pantry, kitchen, bar, flowers, and household consumables are stocked to your standards so the residence is ready the moment you walk through the door. When the family is in residence, we assist with event planning and execution, from a small cocktail gathering to a full weekend of guests, the house prepared, the service delivered, and the property returned to rest after departure.

Our advisory clients are in Boston, New York, Bedford Hills, Palm Beach, Aspen, Malibu, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. These are ongoing relationships, maintained over time and deepened with every engagement. Senior counsel delivered through scheduled check ins by phone and Zoom, with on site visits when the situation calls for one. We support principals directly, existing estate staff, or both. Staff development, project oversight, owner's representation on major engagements, and seasoned judgment when it matters most. The roster is small by design.
